Yes, there are some but most of them vary from person to person. They hinge on the planetary position of client’s birth chart. Vastu Shastra also incorporates Jyotish or Astrology which is an ancient science and requires years of study.
It is quite logical too if you study the subject. It is based on which planet is on the Ascendant when and where a person is born. Then, the position of the Moon and Sun are also important.
Astrologers also write for various publications and give the same predictions for millions of readers. These predictions may work out for a few and they will be pleased but it is not possible for such broad-based fortune telling to be accurate. If you read them carefully you will find that they are quite general so can be adapted to any situation.
In fact, a friend of mine who writes for a newspaper has told me how he does it!
